Refunds / Exchanges

REFUNDS : There is a 20% restocking fee for all refunds. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required. To obtain an RMA, please e-mail our sales department at sales@TheSideWalksofNewYork.com.  We will be unable to refund any money without an RMA.  The restocking fee will apply to ALL refunded merchandise - no exceptions

EXCHANGES : There is a 10% fee for the processing of exchanges.  A EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) is required.  To obtain the EMA, please e-mail our sales department at sales@TheSideWalksofNewYork.com.  Provide us with the item number you wish to return and the item number and color of the item you wish to obtain.  We will issue an EMA number to you.  We will be unable to exchange items without an EMA. The exchange fee will apply to ALL exchanges  - no exceptions.
